Colombo (News 1st); Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen, who is currently in remand custody arrived in Parliament on Thursday (22) wearing PPE.
The Serjeant-At-Arms of Parliament on Wednesday (21) wrote to the Commissioner-General of Prisons asking to permit Vanni District MP Rishad Bathiudeen to attend Parliament Sittings on Thursday (22) and Friday (23).
The Serjeant-At-Arms of Parliament had also written to the Secretary of the Health Ministry and DG informing of the Same.
