Constitutional Amendments before 2021 Budget; State Minister

Kanaka Herath is the State Minister of Company Estate Reforms, Tea Estate Related Crops, Tea Factory Modernization and Tea Export Promotion.

Speaking further he said it is even more likely a for a new constitution to be presented before the 2021 Budget.

The commissions which were slated to be independent, engaged in political persecution over a five year period, claimed the State Minister adding the country face international pressure because of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution.
