Cabinet shouldn't exceed 30 - Prasanna Ranatunga

COLOMBO(News 1st): SLPP candidate Prasanna Ranatunga who was elected into Parliament from the Gampaha District says the Cabinet of Minister which is to be appointed should not exceed 30 Ministers. "I can lead any Ministry that is given to me",  added. "The country needs a strong opposition. The people lost their trust in the previous Government. That's why they were sent home", Prasanna Ranatunga further said. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, the new cabinet is to be sworn in on the 12th of August (Wednesday) at the historic Magul Maduwa in Kandy.
