Corona virus patients now mostly from quarantine camps

Colombo (News 1st) ; 05 people tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday and 04 of them were detected from quarantine facilities. Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe said in a statement, 02 of them were detected from the Palali Quarantine Facility in Jaffna. The other COVID-19 patient was detected while receiving treatment for suspected symptoms of the corona virus. Accordingly, the total number of confirmed cases in Sri Lanka is 238. 63 people have thus far recovered and discharged from hospital.
