Police make it mandatory to wear a face mask when travelling

Colombo (News 1st) ;It is now mandatory for all in Sri Lanka to wear a face mask when travelling on main roads and by roads. Police Spokesperson SP Jaliya Senaratne speaking to News 1st said, if one is found travelling without a face mask, he or she would be turned back. He said all police stations were instructed to ensure this order is followed properly. The Police Spokesperson said it is mandatory to wear a mask face during curfew, irrespective of possessing a curfew pass or not.
