Railway employees commence protest in Rathmalana

Colombo (News 1st) - Employees at the Rathmalana Railway Maintainance Yard have commenced a fast. The fast has been launched in protest against their employment status not being made permanent. The protestors charge that they have not been made permanent employees even though they have been employed for nearly 6 years.
