Pujith Jayasundara escorted to PCoI probing 4/21 attacks

Colombo (News 1st): IGP Pujith Jayasundara, who was sent on compulsory leave and remanded, was escorted to the Presidential Commission probing the April 21st attacks this morning (Jan 25) to provide statements. A spokesman for the Presidential Commission appointed to look into the matter said statements have been recorded from more than 220 people regarding the April 21 attack, out of which evidence has been recorded from 52 people. The official term of the Presidential Commission probing the April 21st attacks ends on the 22nd of March.
