Committee to inquire into complaints on SLTB

Colombo (News 1st): Minister of Transport Management Services Mahinda Amaraweera has appointed a committee to inquire into allegations of misconduct and public complaints reported regarding the Sri Lanka Transport Board and the depots under it. The committee, headed by Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Planning Tilakaratne Banda, consists of four members. Minister Mahinda Amaraweera has asked the Secretary of the Ministry to investigate the matter and submit a report within two weeks.
