Several schools closed for 2nd stage of O/L paper marking

Colombo (News 1st): The second stage of revisions for the Ordinary Level Examination will begin today. According to the Ministry of Education, the revision will continue until the 26th. Accordingly, 3 schools will be completely closed due to this reason. Those schools are Mahamaya Balika Vidyalaya, Matara, St.Anthony's girls Kandy and Mallawapitiya C.W.W. Kannangara. Meanwhile, the Department of Education said, certain sections of 24 other schools will also be closed to facilitate the second round of evaluations for the Ordinary Level Examination. The Commissioner General of Examinations, Sanath B. Poojitha said, 7000 teachers, have been appointed for this task.
