Crucial SLFP Central Committee meeting set for today

Colombo (News1st) - A crucial meeting of the SLFP Central Committee is due to be held today under the auspices of President Maithripala Sirisena. SLFP spokesperson MP Weerakumara Dissanayake noted that a number of decisions are due to be taken in the presidential election. Meanwhile, MP Kumara Welgama had issued a warning stating that he would find an alternative to the party if a decision is reached to form an alliance with the SLPP.
