Tragic accident: Parents reported dead; children injured

COLOMBO (News 1st):- In a tragic accident reported from Icepeella, Kandapola along the Nuwara Eliya - Udupussellawa road, two people died while two others sustained injuries. The police said that the accident occurred this morning (August 17) when a three-wheeler had fallen into a precipice. The mother and father who were travelling in the three-wheeler died, while their children sustained injuries. The three-wheeler that met with this unfortunate accident was on its way from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya.
