SLFP convention on September 3rd

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The General Secretary, MP Dayasiri Jayasekera shared future plans of the SLFP at the Puttlam District convention of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party. General Secretary noted that SLFP would always base their decisions for the sake of the party instead of a certain individual in the party. He added that SLFP convention will be held on September 3rd and will decide who will emerge victorious in the election. He confidently stated that they have a considerable amount of votes in their hands and it was crucial for any presidential candidate to have their blessing in order to win. He finally added that they should stick together at the moment of need.
