3 arrested with tea leaves unsuitable for consumption

Colombo (News 1st): Three suspects have been arrested during a raid at a factory in Manipura, Kiriella which was producing tea that was unsuitable for human consumption. According to the Police Special Task Force, the suspects had mixed chemicals to the tea when producing it. The STF has seized 736 kilograms of tea diluted with glucose, 840 kilograms of processed tea and 142 kilograms of glucose used to mix with tea.
