US ship arrived in Sri Lanka 2 days before the 4/21 terrorist attack?

COLOMBO (News 1st) -  Pubudu Jayagoda, Politburo member to Frontline Socialist Party noted at a media convention that the current national security crisis could either aid America or China to invade Sri Lanka. According to him, the prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has already invited the CIA and Mossad to Sri Lanka. He went on to note that the ACSA agreement had provided supplies for US vessels in close vicinity to Katunayake and Trincomalee in the past few months. He shared that on March 16th a fleet with 1000 American troops anchored in the western coast for a training exercise named "Carrot" under the disguise of an Australian vessel. Pubudu Jagoda also revealed that an American vessel anchored at Hambantota port for a training exercise on April 19th, two days before the April 21st attack. He finally added that these are not ambassadors, delegates or other personnel that arrive at Sri Lanka, its the US military pulling strings from behind the scene.
