COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Finance Ministry stated several proposals on providing concessions and relief to uplift the tourism sector which suffered a setback following the April 21st attack will be presented to cabinet today (May 07).
This matter was discussed at a meeting between the President and representatives from the Chamber of Commerce last evening (May 06). According to the PMD, the Chamber of Commerce and the Business Community in the tourism sector had shared their plans to move forward strengthening their businesses while maintaining complete faith in the security forces of the country.
