Ven. Malwatte Anunayake Thero points out the importance of national security

Colombo (News 1st): Governor of the Central Province Maithri Gunaratne called on the Anunayake of the Malwatte Chapter Most Venerable Dimbulkumbure Wimaladhamma thero. Wimaladhamma Thero noted that this is something that has happened to the people of this country, therefore, they have to set aside their differences when it comes to religion, caste or party. He pointed out that we are all human, therefore, we should help them all. The Thero noted that it was pointed out to him that a possible attack of this nature this was informed beforehand, but they only thought about the high rollers. He noted they were looking for narcotics. He said narcotics are important, but it is also important to think about national security, therefore this is a result of not paying adequate attention to these issues.
