Potato pudding tops menu at food exhibition in Nuwara Eliya

COLOMBO (News 1st) - In order to commemorate the New Year, a food exhibition was held at the Grand Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The exhibition specified that exhibits use only potatoes. Accordingly, hundred potato food items were featured at the exhibition. The spotlight was taken by a potato pudding at the exhibition. The event was attended by the Minister of Sports Harin Fernando and former Sri Lanka Cricket captain Kumar Sangakkara.
