24 hour water cut from 9 am tomorrow

Colombo (News 1st): A number of cities will experience 24-hour water cuts from 9 am on Saturday (March 30) to 9 am on Sunday (March 31). The water cut will be in effect across:

• Colombo Municipality
• Dehiwala – Mount Lavinia Municipality
• Kotte Municipality
• Kaduwela Municipality
• Maharagama Urban Council
• Boralesgamuwa Urban Council
• Kolonnawa Urban Council
• Kotikawatte Pradeshiya Sabha
• Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha
• Ratmalana Flats
• Soyzapura Flats

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board said this is due to the power-cuts imposed by the Ceylon Electricity Board and essential maintenance.
