Bond Scam rogues will be eventually caught : Minister Naveen Dissanayake

Colombo (News 1st): Minister Naveen Dissanayake answered several questions raised by journalists regarding the bond scam today (Feb 28). He noted that the thieves will be caught at a certain point as they cannot roam around freely once they commit a theft. The Minister said whichever government is in power, nature itself will make sure that they are punished.
