Wickremesinghe knew how to cover up the bond issue - Rusiripala Tennakoon

Colombo (News 1st): Speaking on the Newsline program today (Feb 27), Former Minister D.E.W. Gunasekara and Retired Senior Banker Rusiripala Tennakoon expressed the following views. Former minister D.E.W. Gunasekara noted that he is convinced more than anyone else that for the last four years the prime minister had deliberately attempted to disrupt the investigation and conceal the investigation. He pointed out that PM Wickremesinghe is still continuing with his deeds. Retired senior banker Rusiripala Tennakoon noted that Prime Minister knew what was happening from the beginning to the end and to date he is aware. He added that Wickremesinghe also knew how to cover it up. Tennakoon said therefore if people say he (PM) did not know, he only made it known to the country that the rest in the Parliament did not know.
