Colombo (News1st): The case filed against Former Minister Basil Rajapaksa and Former Director General of the Divineguma Development Department Kithsiri Ranawaka was postponed to the 28th of March by the Colombo High Court Judge Dhammika Ganepola today (January 16).
They have been accused of using Rs. 365,000 from the Divineguma Development Department for the distribution of GI pipes among beneficiaries during the 2015 Presidential Elections.
When the case was called today, Deputy Solicitor General, Azad Naviwisi handed over the documents required for the Defendants.
