"SLFP will not support any other government" - President

Colombo (News1st): The Central Committee of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party convened today (December 18) under the auspices President Maithripala Sirisena. Following the meeting Chairman of the SLFP Youth Front Shantha Bandara stated that President Maithripala Sirisena has decided that they as the SLFP will not provide their support to any other alliance or government. He stated that if someone is going against the decision of the party, they can do so but added that the president has decided not to grant them ministerial portfolios. He noted that the central committee of the SLFP has agreed with this decision.
