Date is yet to be fixed to examine MR's appeal

Colombo (News1st): A date is yet to be fixed to examine the appeal filed yesterday (December 04) by Mahinda Rajapaksa with the Supreme Court against the ruling of the Court of Appeal, which issued an interim order restraining respondents from functioning as Prime Minister and other Cabinet Ministers. The application claims the ruling of the Court of Appeal is illegal and it will lead the country towards anarchy.
