"Do not make comments without facts" RW informs UNP MPs

COLOMBO (News 1st): Leader of the United National Party Ranil Wickremesinghe has informed all UNP MPs to refrain from making comments on cases taken up in the Supreme Court and other Courts without having a proper understanding of the facts. A statement from the UNPs Central Bureau notes the concern was raised following comments made by UNP MPs at media briefings and programmes over the past few days. Wickremesinghe had informed all UNP MPs to make comments with awareness and responsibility when speaking on certain matters. He has requested them to refrain from making comments if they do not have the correct facts.
