Mobile signals to be blocked at AL exam centers

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A decision has been taken to block mobile phone signals surrounding G.C.E. advanced level examination centers. Commissioner of Examinations Sanath.B.Pujitha said signals will be blocked at identified exam centers islandwide. The Commissioner noted that the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRCSL) and the Signal Corps of the Sri Lanka Army will be providing the technical assistance for this initiative.
