Hotlines introduced to locate missing 10 year old from Balangoda

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The search for the 10-year old that went missing in the Balangoda area continues. Police have now introduced hotlines so that the general public can share information they have on the missing child. A spokesperson for the Police Media Division stated that information could be provided by calling the OIC of Balangoda Police on 071 859 1388 and via the hotlines 045 22 87 222 and 045 22 87 422. Operations in search of the missing child entered it's 9th day today. Five special police teams have been assigned to carry out search operations to locate the child, based on instructions issued by Senior DIG in-charge of the Province. Sahan Kumara Dharmasiri, a resident of Samanalawatta, Balangoda has been missing since last Friday.
