Intelligence Unit of Welikada Prison dissolved

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Intelligence Unit of the Welikada Prison has been dissolved with immediate effect.
The Ministry of Justice said the decision was taken by Minister Thalatha Athukorala following an investigation carried out into fraud and corruption which had occurred in the recent past.
