TIN Requirement for All Financial Transactions Comes into Effect November 2

COLOMBO (News1st); The Spokesperson for The Inland Revenue Department, Nandana Kumara, announced that the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) will become mandatory for all banking and financial transactions starting this coming November 2.
This requirement follows the enforcement of the new regulation coming into effect on November 1.
