Suspects Linked To Kudu Salindu, Dubai Tharanga Arrested In Horana

COLOMBO (News 1st); A suspect linked to the drug trafficking operations of overseas-based organized criminals and drug traffickers “Kudu Salindu” and “Dubai Tharanga” has been arrested in Horana.

Police said that 1 gram and 400 milligrams of the drug ICE (crystal methamphetamine) and 89 narcotic pills found in the suspect's possession were taken into the custody of the Police Special Task Force (STF).

Meanwhile, in another raid conducted by officers of the Police Special Task Force, a suspect connected to the drug trafficking network of a large-scale drug trafficker named "Rasika" was arrested.

Police stated that 278 grams and 700 milligrams of Hashish, 22 grams and 500 milligrams of Kush, 17 grams and 200 milligrams of Heroin, 4,650 narcotic pills, and Rs. 1,610,950 in cash were taken into the custody of the Police Special Task Force.
