Dengue Cases Remain High Despite Control Programs

COLOMBO (News 1st): The National Dengue Control Unit states that despite the implementation of special dengue control programs, the reporting of cases has not decreased.

Community Physician Dr. Prashila Samaraweera said that, nevertheless, maintaining clean premises must be done continuously.

She said that the highest number of dengue cases is reported from the Colombo District.
