Gunman Connected to Jinthupitiya Shooting, Arrested in Kolambage Ara

COLOMBO (News 1st): A gunman, connected to the shooting in Jinthupitiya that killed one person and injured two children, has been arrested in Kolambage Ara.
The suspect, a 25-year-old resident of Kolambage Ara, was arrested based on a tip-off received by the Colombo Central Crime Investigation Unit.
Another gunman involved in the shooting was previously arrested by the Colombo Crime Division on March 3.
The shooting took place on January 16 inJinthupitiya area within the Welikada Police jurisdiction.
