17 Sri Lankans Evacuated To Safe Areas In Lebanon

COLOMBO(News 1st); The Sri Lankan Embassy in Lebanon says that 17 Sri Lankans who were staying in conflict-affected areas have been moved to safe locations.
The embassy stated that no Sri Lankans were injured in the clashes.
It added that necessary facilities will be provided to those who have been relocated to safe places.
Nearly 8,000 Sri Lankans are currently living in Lebanon.
Accordingly, steps have been taken to issue a series of instructions to all Sri Lankans in the country.
