Around 900 Childhood Cancer Cases Reported Annually

COLOMBO(News 1st); The National Cancer Control Program says that about 900 childhood cancer cases are reported in the country each year.
Dr. Suraj Perera, the Unit Head of the Strategic Information Management unit said that no specific cause for childhood cancer has been identified.
Parents are also advised to take their child to a doctor immediately if they notice any sudden changes in the child.
