Arrests Made in Divulapitiya Tied to Ishara Sewwandi

COLOMBO (News 1st);Four people were arrested near a wedding hall in Divulapitiya on the suspicion of organizing a crime. 

The Police Special Task Force (STF) stated that the incident occurred while the wedding of a brother of Ishara Sewwandi, who is currently in remand custody, was taking place in the same wedding hall. 

A van and a sharp weapon that were in the possession of the suspects were seized by the Police STF.
