The Great HR Awards 2025: MTV Channel (Pvt) Ltd, Fox Resorts (Pvt) Ltd, and Capital Maharaja Group Set HR Benchmarks at Prestigious Awards

The CIPM Great HR Awards 2025, took place in Colombo today.

The Great HR Awards 2025 celebrate organizations that set the standard in people strategy, culture, technology, and industrial relations. 

This prestigious event celebrates enterprises that turn vision into value through progressive human resource practices, inspiring engagement, innovation, and success across industries.

Organisations that redefine the standards of excellence in people management and workplace culture were honoured at the event today. 

MTV Channel (Pvt) Ltd was declared the winner for Advertising and Media Services under the sector awards category.

People's Bank bagged the Excellence award for the Best Talent Acquisition category. 

DIMO PLC won the award in the Diversified Groups of Companies under the sector awards category. LAUGFS Holdings Limited came in as runners-up in the category, while the Capital Maharaja Group won the merit award. 

Acorn Group won the award for Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure under the sector awards category, while Fox Resorts (Pvt) Ltd won the runner-up award. 

Dialog Axiata PLC won the Excellence award for Best Rewards Management. 

Sampath Bank topped the Sector award for Banking. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC was placed as runners-up, while Bank of Ceylon and Hatton National Bank PLC won merit awards. 

AIA Insurance won the sector award under the Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Investment catergory while Janashakthi Group was placed as runners-up.
