COLOMBO (News 1st); Deputy Minister T.B. Sarath has revealed that a staggering Rs. 26 billion in corruption is believed to have occurred through projects carried out under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development between 2015 and 2019.

The Deputy Minister stated that ministry officials have been instructed to urgently compile and submit a comprehensive report detailing the alleged financial misconduct.
