COLOMBO (News 1st) - The 2025 World Utilities Congress officially commences today in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Sri Lanka's Minister of Power and Energy, Engineer Kumara Jayakody, is scheduled to deliver the summit's keynote address as a special invitee.
