COLOMBO (News 1st): The Sri Lanka Air Force says that a training aircraft of the Sri Lanka Air Force has crashed in Wariyapola.
Air Force spokesperson, Group Captain Eranda Geeganage, said the two pilots onboard have ejected the aircraft and descended safely using parachutes.
He added that no person has been killed or injured in the crash.
The aircraft that crashed was a K-8 training airplane, utilized for training by the Sri Lanka Air Force.
