Ministry of Environment Launches New WhatsApp Number to Address Environmental Issues

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Environment has introduced a new WhatsApp number to facilitate quick solutions to environmental problems. 

This initiative aims to engage the public in environmental conservation efforts.

Environmental inquiries can be sent via text message to WhatsApp number 076 641 20 29. 

The Ministry will forward these questions to relevant institutions and initiate investigations to ensure prompt and sustainable solutions.

The service is available Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
