ASPI Records All-Time High, Surpasses 14,000 Points

COLOMBO (News 1st): The All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) reached an all-time high, surpassing 14,000 points for the first time in Sri Lanka's history.
According to the CSE, the ASPI rose by 150.72 points, closing at 14,035.81.
The S&P SL20 index also saw gains, closing at 4,186.46 points.
The Colombo Stock Exchange recorded a turnover of Rs. 7.3 billion by the close of trading.
