COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of Railways said that railway operations along the main line have been restored following a train derailment.
A cargo train transporting fuel from Galle derailed at the Maradana railway station this morning leading to delays on the main line.
The incident has caused significant damage to the platform at the Maradana railway station.
