Surge in Election Complaints Reported

COLOMBO (News 1st) In the latest update from the National Election Commission, a significant number of complaints have been lodged concerning the ongoing presidential election.
Within the past 24 hours alone, 54 complaints have been reported.
The majority of these complaints, totaling 31, pertain to violations of election laws.
Overall, the Election Commission has received 771 complaints related to this presidential election so far.
