Sri Lanka's Tharushi and Dilhani Qualify for 2024 Paris Olympics!

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Tharushi Karunaratne, and Dilhani Lekamge have qualified to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics following the latest update in the rankings

Tharushi Karunaratne has secured the 45th position in the rankings, while Dilhani Lekamge secured the 26th position in the latest update.

In 800m Women's Sprint, 48 athletes are to be qualified, and as per the latest ranking Tharushi Karunaratne is at 45th position.

In addition, 32 athletes will compete in the Women's Javelin Throw, and Nadeesha Dilhani Lekamge has made it through after ranking 26th.
