SLPP electoral organizers summoned to Colombo

COLOMBO (News1st); Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna electoral organizers and party activists have been summoned to Colombo on Wednesday (08).

They were summoned to discuss matters related to the party's election campaign.

The discussion due to be held at the SLPP office in Nelum Mawatha will be chaired by the Founder of the party Basil Rajapaksa.

A discussion was held on Tuesday (07), between the SLPP Parliamentary group and Basil Rajapaksa.

During the meeting, a decision was reached to commence the party's election campaign from the end of May, at grassroot level.
