CRIME WAVE CONTINUES: Shooting reported in Aliwatte, Mattakkuliya

COLOMBO (News 1st); A shooting was reported in Aliwatte, Mattakkuliya, earlier today. 

Police said two individuals who arrived on a motorcycle fled the scene after opening fire. 

The shooting targeted an individual named Viraj from Aliwatte.
 
No injuries were reported.

A revolver was reportedly used for the shooting while further investigations on the incident are underway.

Police said a personal dispute lead to the shooting.
