COLOMBO (News 1st) - Discussion has arisen regarding the Board of Directors of Sri Lanka Telecom removing Rohan Fernando from his position as Chairman of the company.

Meanwhile, Reyaz Mihular has been appointed as the new Chairman of Sri Lanka Telecom.

In a press conference today, Member of Parliament Gamini Waleboda emphasized that, in the future, the heads of banks in Sri Lanka will also be removed in a similar manner to the Chairman of Sri Lanka Telecom.
