Amended Appropriation Bill presented to Parliament

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Amended Appropriation Bill of 2022 was tabled at the Parliament today (09).

Leader of the House of Parliament and the Minister of Education, Susil Premajayantha presented the bill to the Parliament.

The relevant bill becomes the interim budget for the year 2022, after the former Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa initially presented the 2022 budget last year.

He further stated that the results of the G.C.E. Advanced Level examinations will be released before the end of this month.
