Nimal Siripala de Silva reappointed as Minister

COLOMBO (News 1st); MP Nimal Siripala de Silva was sworn in as the Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Aviation before the President, today (02).

The appointment comes after his resignation from the position following an investigation into allegations of bribery.

A three-member commission was appointed following the allegation, which handed over the relevant report after releasing him from the relevant charges.
