Sri Lanka extends VISA period for Russian & Ukrainian tourists

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka has decided to extend the validity of VISAs of Russian & Ukrainian tourists in Sri Lanka.

Their VISAs will be extended for two months without any charge, said the Department of Government Information, quoting a decision reached by the Cabinet of Ministers on Monday (28).

There are 11,463 Russian tourists and 3,993 Ukrainian tourists currently in Sri Lanka.
