Do not expect rewards from the Budget: Dilum

COLOMBO (News 1st); State Minister Dilum Amunugama says not to expect rewards from the Budget for the year 2022. Responding to a question of whether the Government is going to take from the public rather than give to the public, Amunugama stated that the Government will not be able to provide rewards at this time. Speaking further, he said that although rewards in the form of increments are expected usually, such rewards will not be provided to the public at this time.
